(PJPL) — Change of Corporate Name In connection with the purchase of certain assets and assumption of all deposit liabilities of PJPL by Merchants Savings and Loan Association, Inc. as approved by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, PJPL ceased operations effective 1 April 2012 and accordingly changed its business name to RCBC-JPL Holding Company, Inc. (Formerly: Pres. Jose P. Laurel Rural Bank (Tanauan, Batangas), Inc.). The amended Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws bearing said new business name was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 28 September 2012.  (SGD.) NESTOR A.
