Upon consideration of the Petition for Price Increase and its supporting documents filed on February 28, 2007 for and on behalf of PRUDENTIALIFE PLANS, INC., the Commission pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 3 Series of 2002 rendered effective the following price increases of its existing unsold TRADITIONAL BASIC LIFE PLAN and TRADITIONAL VALUE PLUS LIFE PLAN, subject to the amended term and conditions:
