The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has approved the change of the corporate name of Producers Rural Banking Corporation to "PRODUCERS SAVINGS BANK CORPORATION". The Securities and Exchange Commission has registered the Bank's Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name on 08 July 2010. aSHAIC
