Please be advised that during the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of EasyCall Communications Philippines, Incorporated (ECPI) held today at 2:00 in the afternoon at the ECPI Board Room, Mandaluyong City, the Board approved the following:
1. The resignation of the Mr. Joseph Yang as Director of ECPL,
2. The appointment of Mr. CHAN WING LEONG as the replacement of Mr. Yang to serve the unexpired portion of the term of the outgoing Director Mr. Yang. Mr. Chan has been recently appointed as the new Executive Chairman of EasyCall Asia Ltd. (ECA), a major foreign shareholder of ECPI, to lead the company into becoming an internet firm.
