The Exchange approved on March 18, 1999, subject to the actual conversion of convertible notes, the listing application of HI CEMENT CORPORATION (the "Company") to list a maximum of P768,500,220 common shares, with a par value of P1.00 per share, to cover the underlying shares of the P768,500,220.00 worth of Convertible Notes.
In connection with this, please be advised that the Company's stock transfer agent has received a notice from noteholders for the conversion of P14,000.00 worth of convertible notes to 14,000 common shares.
In view thereof, the listing of the 14,000 common shares covering stock certificate no. 0000290, is set for Monday, March 27, 2000. This brings a total of 29,498,000 common shares already listed arising from the conversion of P29,498,000.00 worth of Notes.
The designated Stock Transfer Agent is hereby authorized to record and register in its books the above number of shares.
