September 1, 2015SEC CGFD MEMORANDUMTO:All Foundations and Other Interested Parties   SUBJECT:Public Seminar on Foundation The Department will be conducting a public seminar on updates and relevant SEC regulations for Foundations as follows:1. Registration Requirements;2. Reportorial and Compliance Requirements;3. Financial Reports/Rule 68 of the SRC and its IRR; and4. Violations and Penalties for Non-Compliance.In line with this, the Department is cordially inviting you to attend the public seminar scheduled on 11 September 2015 from 1:00PM to 5:00PM to be held at the 12th Floor of the SEC Bldg., EDSA, Greenhills, Mandaluyong City.
