Further to Circular for Brokers No. 624-2000 dated March 10, 2000, Purefoods Corporation ("PF") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), including its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 1999, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on April 10, 2000, at 2:00 p.m. at the Pure Foods Board Room, JMT Building, ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
As previously announced, only stockholders of record as of March 2, 2000 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
A copy of PF's Definitive Information Statement, including its 1999 Audited Financial Statements, is available for reference at the PSE Centre and PSE-Plaza Libraries.
