Queenbee Resources Corporation ("JFCW") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Preliminary Information Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on April 28, 2000, at 2:00 p.m. at the Board Room, 6/F Jollibee Centre Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City. The agenda for the meeting shall be as follows:

2. Certification by the Corporate Secretary on the sending of notices and existence of a quorum
3. Reading and Approval of minutes of the last Annual Stockholders' Meeting
