July 27, 2016SEC ADVISORYThe Securities and Exchange Commission ("Commission") has received reports that:1. REAL TECHNO TRADING;2. INFINITE GOLD MARKETING;3. ABRILLIANCE POWERS TRADING;4. SEVEN STAR GENERAL MERCHANDISE;5. ALL ACCESS GATEWAY;6. IB & W ENTERPRISE;7. INNOV8 BEAUTY & WELLNESS;8. PALAWAN ENTRE-BUSINESS COMPANY; and9. MYSUPER SAVER COMPANY LIMITED.in Puerto Princesa City/Palawan are engaging in pyramid marketing/investment-taking activities where one is enticed/solicited to invest an amount of money, with a promised return of double/triple or even much of the amount invested, upon payout exit; pursuing investment-taking activities that seemed under the guise of the sale of its packages including recruiting, referring, or sponsoring prospective members/downlines; soliciting, accepting or receiving from others money for the purpose of trading and/or investment contracts; and holding business presentations for the purpose of pursuing investment-taking activities.
