TIDaCEUpon consideration of the petition and the documents attached in support thereto, the Petition of Permanent Plans, Inc. was approved by the Commission en banc in its meeting on June 5, 2008 subject to the prescribed terms and conditions stated in the Permit.Accordingly, the Certificates of Registration of Pre-Need Plans and Permit to Offer Securities for Sale totalling P1,000,000.00 under Pre-Need Order Nos. 146 and 247 dated April 22, 2005 and August 14, 2006, respectively, are hereby amended authorizing the application of the remaining unsold licensed securities as of 31 May 2008 covering 4,817 pension plans worth P522,851,625.84...
