Notice is hereby given that on May 18, 2007 a sworn registration statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of CARITAS FINANCIAL PLANS, INC. (formerly: Vantage Pension and Education Plans, Inc.) for registration and licensing of securities covering 3,000 pension plans worth One Hundred Million Pesos (P100,000,000.00). This plan with maturity value of P10,000 per unit will be sold at the following contract prices based on a five-year payment term:
