Notice is hereby given that on December 4, 2007, a sworn registration statement and other documents were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of SUN LIFE FINANCIAL PLANS, INC. for the registration and licensing of additional securities covering 13,000 Participating Sun Pension Plus Plans worth P400 million.
Details on pricing of the pension plans by term and period of payments are available in the actuarial feasibility study on file with SEC.
