NOTICE AND ORDER
Notice is hereby given that on February 27, 2007 and March 2, 2007 sworn registration statements and other supporting documents were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of AYALA PLANS, INC. for the following applications: (1) Registration/Licensing of Additional Securities Covering P100 Million Worth of Fixed Value Education Plans with Re-pricing, (2) Registration/Licensing of Additional Securities Covering P280 Million Worth of Pension Plans with Re-pricing and (3) Approval of New Fixed Value Education Plan. These plans will be sold at the following contract prices per units based on annual installments:
