NOTICE AND ORDER
Notice is hereby given that on February 1, 2007 sworn registration statements were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of MANULIFE FINANCIAL PLANS, INC. for the following applications: (1) Registration/Licensing of Additional Securities Covering P150 Million Worth of Education Plans (PARTICIPATING Education Plan) and (2) Registration/Licensing of Additional Securities Covering P1.4 Billion Worth of Pension Plans, Likewise, a Petition to Transfer the Unsold Securities of NON-PARTICIPATING Education Plan to the PARTICIPATING Education Plan was filed with the Commission. These plans with maturity value of P1,000.00 per unit will be sold at the following gross contract prices based on annual installments.
