ORDER
On 2 July 2008, a Registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of PRUDENTIALIFE PLANS, INC. for the registration/licensing of additional securities covering 12,500 Pension Plans worth Two Billion Pesos (P2,000,000,000.00). CDTHSI
Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and documents attached in support thereto, the Commission, pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular #1, series of 2007, otherwise known as the "Guidelines on the Expeditious Approvals of Matters Concerning Pre-Need Plans", rendered effective the petition of the aforesaid securities subject to the prescribed terms and conditions stated in the Permit.
Accordingly, a Certificate of Registration and Permit to Offer Securities for Sale is hereby issued authorizing the sale of said securities.
