REGISTRATION/LICENSING OF ADDITIONAL SECURITIES COVERING P500 MILLION WORTH OF PENSION PLANS
ORDER
On 16 October 2008, a Registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of CARITAS FINANCIAL PLANS, INC. for the registration/licensing of additional securities covering 15,000 Pension Plans worth Five Hundred Million Pesos (P500,000,000.00). DIEACH
Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and documents attached in support thereto, the Commission, pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 1, series of 2007, otherwise known as the "Guidelines on the Expeditious Approvals of Matters Concerning Pre-Need Plans", rendered effective the registration/licensing of the aforesaid securities subject to the prescribed terms and conditions of the Permit.
Accordingly, a Certificate of Registration and Permit to Offer Securities for Sale is hereby issued authorizing the sale of said securities.
