DIEACHUpon consideration of the Registration Statement and documents attached in support thereto, the Commission, pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 1, series of 2007, otherwise known as the "Guidelines on the Expeditious Approvals of Matters Concerning Pre-Need Plans", rendered effective the registration/licensing of the aforesaid securities subject to the prescribed terms and conditions of the Permit.Accordingly, a Certificate of Registration and Permit to Offer Securities for Sale is hereby issued authorizing the sale of said securities.However, the issuance thereof is only permissive and does not, in any manner, constitute a recommendation or endorsement of the securities permitted to be offered for sale to the public.
