REGISTRATION/LICENSING OF P1.4 BILLION WORTH OF PARTICIPATING PENSION PLAN (PLAN RIGHT PLAN)
ORDER
Upon consideration of the registration statement and its papers and documents attached thereto filed for and on behalf of MANULIFE FINANCIAL PLANS, INC., the Commission in its meeting on May 3, 2007 rendered effective the registration/licensing of additional securities covering P1.4 Billion (P1,400,000,000.00) worth of Participating Pension Plans (PLAN RIGHT PLANS) of said corporation subject to the prescribed terms and conditions of the permit.
The company however had an over issuance of securities amounting to P362,356,963.00 as of March 31, 2007.
Accordingly, a Certificate of Permit to Sell Securities is hereby issued authorizing the sale of P1,037,643,037.00 worth of Participating Pension Plans (PLAN RIGHT PLANS) only, less the over-issued plans of P362,356,963.00 worth of Pension Plans, as of March 31, 2007.
