NOTICE
The Commission intends to issue Rules and Regulations Governing Crowdfunding (CF).
For this purpose, the Commission is soliciting comments from market participants and interested parties on the proposed CF Rules. Parties are encouraged to indicate the specific section and provision in the CF Rules to which their comments pertain.
The draft Rules and Regulations Governing the Crowdfunding is hereto attached for your reference.
