The seminar will still be held at Meeting Room 7, 2nd Floor, Secretariat Building, Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. This notice is being issued in view of the suspension of work in government offices in Metro Manila today, 23 April 2019, due to the earthquake that hit Metro Manila and neighboring cities and provinces at 5:11 p.m. yesterday, 22 April 2019.
