January 7, 1993SEC-SMD * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 02-93TO:All Domestic Corporations   SUBJECT:Revised General Information Sheet In order to effectively facilitate the monitoring of activities of domestic corporations and to keep the stockholders and the public transacting business with domestic corporations properly informed of their organizational and operational status, all domestic corporations are required to submit the revised general information sheets in the form and within the period prescribed.Failure to comply with this circular shall subject the corporation to applicable sanctions prescribed under the scale of penalties and/or other existing rules as the Commission may deem appropriate. cdaFor strict compliance immediately. (SGD.)
