June 13, 2013SEC OFFICE ORDER NO. 329-13TO:All Departments Concerned    SUBJECT:Revised Internal Procedures in the Retrieval and Issuance of Documents Not Available in the SEC iView In connection with the delay in the Outsourcing Project for the Conversion of Documents, availability of the documents filed within the peak period in the SEC iView facility will also be delayed. The documents covered by this procedure are reports received during the peak period of filing from April 1 to May 31, 2013. CITSAcFor continuity in service delivery, however, SRU copies of requested reports shall be made available to public research and verification. To ensure the accuracy and faithful reproduction of the documents for issuance, especially those that are for authentication, the following procedures are hereby adopted:For PLAIN COPY Request:1. Requesting party shall fill out the Request Form at the Public Reference Unit (PRU), Basement;2. PRU personnel shall refer to the SRU copies; Client shall reproduce/photocopy the requested document;3. PRU personnel shall assess fee/s and send client to the Payment Assessment Form (PAF) counter;4. PRU personnel shall prepare the...
