RULES AMENDING THE RULES REQUIRING THE MAINTENANCE OF STOCK AND TRANSFER BOOK/MEMBERSHIP BOOK AND THE PREPARATION OF ANNUAL LIST OF STOCKHOLDERS/MEMBERS
Pursuant to the powers vested in the Commission by the Batas Pambansa Blg. 68, Paragraphs Numbered 3 and 4 of the RULES REQUIRING THE MAINTENANCE OF STOCK AND TRANSFER BOOK/MEMBERSHIP BOOK AND THE PREPARATION OF ANNUAL LIST OF STOCKHOLDERS/MEMBERS are hereby amended to read as follows: digest
"3. All stock corporations registered with this Commission must comply strictly with the provisions of the aforesaid Guidelines for the verification of the paid-up capital of corporation requiring them to set up and register their stock and transfer book with this Commission within thirty (30) days from receipt of the certificate of incorporation. For corporations who will subsequently avail themselves of the services of a transfer agent, a copy of the covering agreement between the corporation and the transfer agent must be submitted to this Commission within thirty (30) days from the date of the execution of the said agreement."
