December 21, 1999RULES OF PROCEDURE ON CORPORATE RECOVERYRULE IDefinition of Terms and ConstructionSECTION 1-1. Definition of terms. — For purposes of these Rules:"Administrative expense" shall refer to those expenses incurred in the ordinary course of business after the issuance of the order suspending payments of the debtor, excluding interest payable to creditors. cda"Affidavit of General Financial Condition" shall refer to a verified statement on the general financial condition of the debtor required in Section 4-2 of these Rules."Board of Directors" shall include the executive committee or the management of a partnership or association."Claim" shall include all claims or debts of whatever character against a debtor or its property, whether secured or unsecured."Creditor" shall mean the holder of any claim."Commission" shall refer to the Securities & Exchange Commission, or to a Commissioner, officer, or panel authorized by the Commission to hear a particular case or an incident thereof.
