The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of Rural Bank of Bugasong (Antique), Inc. to "Bangko Kaisa, Inc. (Formerly: Rural Bank of Bugasong (Antique), Inc.)" on 6 July 2018. The Bank has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name on 17 October 2018. CHTAIc
