(A Rural Bank) The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of Rural Bank of Mexico, Inc. to "Banco Mexico, Inc. (A Rural Bank)." The Bank has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) its Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name and the SEC issued the pertinent certification thereon on 12 December 2017 and 12 March 2018, respectively.
