The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of the Rural Bank of Nabunturan (Davao del Norte), Inc. to "Rural Bank of Nabunturan (Compostela Valley), Inc." on 11 December 2015. The Bank registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) its Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name and the SEC issued the pertinent certification thereon on 08 November 2017.
