The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas authorized the adoption by San Fernando Rural Bank, Inc. of the business name and style "Safer Bank, A Rural Bank." The Bank registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) its Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing the said business name and style, and the SEC issued the pertinent certification thereon.
