Hence, if the annual meeting according to the by-laws or the actual annual meeting falls on or the fiscal year ends on August 20, 1993 and the corresponding required report is filed beyond the prescribed period, the aforementioned scale of fines shall be applied for violation of the rules. digest (SGD.)
