July 28, 2020CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND FINANCE DEPARTMENTSEC ADVISORYIt has come to the attention of the Securities and Exchange Commission that certain Facebook accounts have been posting false and misleading information to the effect that the Commission advised borrowers of a certain lending company to stop payments on loans until an alleged investigation into the practices of the company is complete. Please be informed that the Commission does not issue such an advice to any borrower of any lending or financing company.Borrowers who received letters, emails, or any other communication containing said information are advised to directly coordinate with the Commission via email at [email protected].For the guidance of the public.Pasay City, July 28, 2020.
