As adopted by the Commission En Banc in its Executive Session on September 27, 1994, and modified by the Records Management and Archives Office, with the approval of the SEC Records Disposition Schedule, on December 27, 1995, the SEC Records Retention Policy and Archival Media covering records of this Commission, which are not included in the General Disposition Records Schedule, and those subject of Administrative Order No. 13 of the Supreme Court of the Philippines, is hereby issued for the guidance of all concerned.
