Solidbank Corporation ("SBC") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement) including its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 1999 in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on April 04, 2000, at 2:00 p.m., at the 10th Floor; Solidbank Bldg., 777 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City. The agenda for the meeting shall be as follows:

3. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous regular annual stockholders' meeting held on April 6, 1999
