January 28, 1982SEC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 02-82TO:All Exempt Commercial Paper Issuers under the Rules on Registration of Commercial Papers dated December 10, 1975 SUBJECT:Submission of Inventories and Program for Exempt Commercial Papers All corporations exempt under Section 5 of the Rules on Registration of Commercial Papers dated December 10, 1975 shall submit the following schedules not later than February 28, 1982:1. Inventories of commercial papers outstanding as of December 11, 1981 showing the date of issue, promissory notes serial number, creditor, amount of promissory notes and outstanding balance as of December 11, 1981.2. Time program within which the above outstanding commercial papers shall be retired or liquidated or restructured but not later than June 10, 1982, to comply with the registration requirements or qualify as exempt per se commercial paper issued of the New Rules on Registration of Short Term Commercial Papers dated December 8, 1981.
