July 31, 1987SEC-BED * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-87TO:All Corporate Issuers of Pre-need Plan   SUBJECT:Submission of Monthly Sales Report In order to effectively facilitate the monitoring of the monthly sales report, all concerned pre-need plan, pension plan and similar contract issuers shall submit periodic reports, subject to the following conditions: prcd1. That within thirty (30) days from date hereof and within the first fifteen (15) days of every month thereafter, the issuer shall submit to the Commission a monthly sales report under oath executed in its behalf by its Treasurer or any other officers; and2. That the form and content of the monthly sales report shall include the following:a) a list containing the names of the planholders;b) the type of plans purchased;c) the value of plans purchased;d) the total number of plans sold and the total amount paid thereon; ande) the dates of maturity of the plan.For strict compliance of all concerned.
