June 30, 2020SEC NOTICETARLAC EXTENSION OFFICEThe Securities and Exchange Commission-Tarlac Extension Office (SEC-TEO) will be closed to the public starting TUESDAY, June 30, 2020 until further notice.The SEC-TEO will be closed to facilitate disinfection of the office premises, after ONE (1) personnel tested positive in rapid antibody tests for COVID-19 administered on Monday, June 29, 2020. HTcADCSaid personnel is currently under strict home quarantine and will continuously be monitored and shall also undergo confirmatory tests for COVID-19.The SEC-TEO shall temporarily stop receiving printed reports such as Annual Financial Statements (AFS) and the General Information Sheet (GIS), and other documents, while it shifts to alternative work arrangements, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Civil Service Commission.Corporations may still file their reports via email at reports [email protected].For the time being, the public may send their queries, requests, and/or concerns to [email protected] or [email protected].For the information of the public.
