Please be informed that on 21 March 2013, the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") approved the listing of Six Hundred Three (603) common shares of The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. ("PSE") which were availed of and fully paid by eligible participants of the PSE and Subsidiary Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP"). The order of the SEC is attached as Annex "A". cEaCTS
In view thereof, the additional listing of the aforementioned 603 PSE common shares shall take effect on Wednesday, 27 March 2013.
The stock transfer agent of the PSE is hereby authorized to record and register in its books the above number of shares.
