The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has approved the change of the corporate name of The Royal Bank of Scotland (Philippines), Inc. to "ROBINSONS BANK CORPORATION". The Securities and Exchange Commission has registered the Bank's Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name on 06 August 2010.
