Tittel to complainant-pledgee Vicente V. Asuncion, Jr. as the new owner thereof and to issue to the latter the corresponding new stock certificate therefor and for the call of a stockholders' meeting by the corporation, Board of Directors, President and Corporate Secretary thereof, with prayer for damages and attorney's fees.
