Accomplishment of Employment Contracts

October 22, 2015POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 007-A-15TO:All Concerned   SUBJECT:Accomplishment of Employment Contracts Memorandum Circular No. 07, Series of 2015, is hereby modified to read as follows:The POEA is concerned about workers who possess contracts that fail to indicate vital information, such as items on Position and Salary merely filled up with "AS PER APPROVED JOB ORDER", instead of the actual job category and salary of the worker.Section 1, Rule IX, Part II of the POEA Rules and Regulations Governing the Recruitment and Employment of Land-based Overseas Workers is hereby reiterated, which provides for the proper documentation of the workers before proceeding to their overseas jobsites.Recruitment agencies must ensure the proper documentation of their workers, and provide them with appropriate contracts that clearly stipulate the terms and conditions of their employment with their foreign employers.Violations shall be subjected to administrative procedure in accordance with the POEA Rules and Regulations. aDSIHcEffective immediately.(SGD.)
