July 7, 2017DOLE ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 304-17ADDENDUM TO ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 207, SERIES OF 2013(CONVERGENCE OF DOLE SERVICES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RA 10361 OR BATAS KASAMBAHAY)On 24 May 2013, the Department of Labor and Employment issued Administrative Order No. 207, Series of 2013, directing all concerned agencies in the Department to observe and comply with their respective obligations under Republic Act No. 10361 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. To ensure the effective monitoring of the implementation of the Domestic Workers Act (Batas Kasambahay), this addendum to Administrative Order No. 207, Series of 2013 is hereby issued directing all concerned DOLE Bureaus, Services, Attached Agencies and Regional Offices/Branches to adopt the DOLE Monitoring and Reporting Indicators on Batas Kasambahay Implementation (Annex A) and prescribing the use and dissemination of the Kasambahay Desk Officers' Guide on Mandatory Benefits, Terms and Conditions of Local Household Service Employment and Enforcement of Domestic Workers Rights (Annex B).All concerned bureaus, offices, services and attached agencies pursuant to AO 207, Series of 2013, are hereby directed to prepare quarterly reports...
