November 7, 1991NLRC RESOLUTION NO. 11-01-91AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE NEW RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE NLRCThe Commission, sitting en banc on 7 November 1991, acting pursuant to the provisions of Article 218(a) of the Labor Code as amended, resolved to amend certain provisions of the 1990 New Rules of Procedure, as follows:1. Rule VI, Sections 1 and 6 are hereby amended to read as follows:"SECTION 1. Periods of Appeal — Decisions, awards or orders of the Labor Arbiter and the POEA Administrator shall be final and executory unless appealed to the Commission by any or both parties within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of such decisions, awards or orders of the Labor Arbiter or of the Administrator, and in case of a decision of the Regional Director or his duly authorized Hearing Officer within five (5) calendar days from receipt of such decisions, awards, or orders.
