July 3, 2002NLRC RESOLUTION NO. 02-02AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE NLRC MANUAL ON EXECUTION OF JUDGMENT (SHERIFF'S MANUAL)Pursuant to the provisions of Article 218(a) of the Labor Code of the Philippines, as amended, the National Labor Relations Commission, sitting en banc, RESOLVED TO ADOPT AND PROMULGATE, as it hereby adopts and promulgates, the following amendments to the NLRC Manual on Execution of Judgment (Sheriff's Manual):1. Paragraphs (b) and (c) of Section 4, Rule I are hereby amended to read as follows:SECTION 4. Definition of Terms. — For purposes of this Manual, the following terms are defined as follows:(a) . . .(b) WRIT OF EXECUTION — an Order directing the sheriff to enforce, implement or satisfy the final decisions, orders or awards of the National Labor Relations Commission or any of its Labor Arbiters.
