January 31, 2020LABOR ADVISORY NO. 005-20AMENDING ITEM NOS. 1 & 3 OF LABOR ADVISORY NO. 02, SERIES OF 2013 ENTITLED "REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH MARITIME LABOUR CONVENTION, 2006"In the interest of service and to ensure effective compliance with the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC, 2006), the following amendments to Item Nos. 1 and 3 of Labor Advisory No. 02, Series of 2013 are hereby issued:1. The Declaration of Maritime Labour Compliance (DMLC) consists of two parts. The DMLC Part I, which contains the national requirements, shall be issued by the Secretary of Labor and Employment or his duly authorized representative upon application by the shipowner.
