July 26, 2019DOLE DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 203-19AMENDING THE GUIDELINES FOR ACCESSING THE FUNDS OF THE WORKERS ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (WODP)Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3, Article XIII of the 1987 Constitution, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) is mandated to strengthen the workers' organizations as independent and active partners in national development. Thus, in order to advance the workers' empowerment through the provision of accessible information facilities, training programs and educational and technical assistance, the following Guidelines for the Workers Organization Development Program (WODP) is hereby issued for the guidance of all concerned.
