Pre-implementation Phase under Section 15. Delivery of Assistance, of DO No. 137-14 Series of 2014, is hereby amended as follows:Section 15. Delivery of Assistance. — . . .A. Pre-Implementation Phase — Services to be provided prior to the engagement:1. Basic orientation. . . .2. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), except T-shirt and hat, shall no longer be required and procured for TUPAD implementation provided that work programs do not fall under hazardous work as defined in Rule 1013 of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards s. 1989.
