Beneficiaries, of DO No. 137-14, Series of 2014, is hereby amended as follows: Section 9. Beneficiaries. — Pursuant to the Guiding Principles on Convergence . . .a. Self-employed workers who are unable to earn sufficient incomeb. Marginalized and landless farmersc. Unpaid family workersd. Parents of child laborerse. Low-wage and seasonal workersf. Workers displaced or to be displaced as a result of natural and man-made disasters.The program may also be extended to the following groups of disadvantaged workers with corresponding fund allocation of at least 1% of regional DILEEP funds for each sector to ensure access to the program funds.1.
