August 21, 2020POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 011-D-20TO : All Concerned Licensed Recruitment Agencies (LMAs) and Licensed Manning Agencies (LMAs)   SUBJECT : Amendment to POEA Memorandum Circular 11-C, Series of 2020 To counter the negative effects of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and to aid the LRAs and LMAs sustain their operations, EcTCADIII. Renewal, Upgrading and Extension of Principal Accreditation. The principal accreditation of LRAs and LMAs whose expiration fall during the period covered by POEA Memorandum Circular No. 7-A, Series of 2020 and Memorandum Circular 11-A, Series of 2020 are hereby further extended with a validity until 31 December 2020 subject to the following conditions:1. The availment of extension shall be upon the request of the respective LRAs or LMAs.2. LRAs and LMAs that will avail of the extension are hereby directed to submit a letter of request to the Director of the Pre-Employment Services Office (PSO) copy furnished the Director POEA ICT Branch signifying their interest to avail of the said extension.3. Availing LRAs and MRAs shall be allowed to submit their letter of requests...
