July 13, 2018DOLE DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 191-A-18AMENDMENTS TO THE GUIDELINES ON THE ADJUSTMENT MEASURES PROGRAM FOR AFFECTED WORKERS DUE TO THE BORACAY ISLAND REHABILITATIONIn the interest of service and in order to ease the provision of assistance to affected Filipino formal sector workers under the Boracay Emergency Employment Program (BEEP), the DOLE Department Order No. 191, Series of 2018 otherwise known as the Guidelines on the Adjustment Measures Program (AMP) for Affected Workers due to the Boracay Island Rehabilitation is hereby amended as follows: SECTION 1. Amendments to Existing Provisions. — Existing provisions of the BEEP AMP Guidelines are hereby amended to read as follows:1. Article II (Program Description)Section 3. Coverage. — The BEEP AMP shall cover all Filipino formal sector workers affected by the temporary closure of Boracay Island.2. Article III (Program Assistance)Section 1 (a). Financial Support. — This component shall provide affected workers with financial relief necessary to mitigate the immediate adverse economic impacts of the implementation of Proclamation No. 475.
