Jalbuena, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the petition for cancellation of Certificate of Registration No. RO4A-LPO-UR-01-0118-001 issued to GENOSI, INC. WORKERS' UNION, is hereby DENIED. Accordingly, GENOSI, INC. WORKERS' UNION remains in the roster of legitimate labor organizations.SO ORDERED.The facts are as follows:On 22 May 2018, Associated Federation of Labor Unions 1 (AFLU, for brevity) filed a Petition for Cancellation of Registration of GENOSI, Inc.
