June 3, 2020POEA ADVISORY NO. 77-20This Advisory is in relation to the validity of the Certification issued to licensed recruitment agencies as Sending Organizations (SO) under Japan Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) and Specified Skilled Workers (SSW) whose application for renewal cannot be filed nor processed given the levels of imposed community quarantine. Pursuant to Part IV, Section 1 of Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Advisory No. 1, Series of 2020, issued on 25 March 2020 to all government agencies falling within the jurisdiction of Anti-Red Tape Authority, and consistent with the intent of Republic Act No. 11469 or the "Bayanihan to Heal as One Act" authorizing the President to undertake emergency measures to expedite delivery of government services in view of the declaration of the State of Calamity throughout the Philippines due to COVID-19, and to push for the adoption of fast-track measures such as grant of emergency extensions on licenses, permits, and certifications that are expiring within the period of State of National Emergency, the validity of the Certification as Sending organizations under the...
