Labor Union Members from the Order dated 21 November 2016 of DOLE CARAGA Circuit Mediator-Arbiter Abigail R. Dela Rosa, the dispositive portion of which reads:WHEREFORE, premises considered, the request for audit filed by Jesriel M. falcon is hereby DISMISSED.SO ORDERED.The facts are as follows:Bachelor Express, Inc. (BEI) is a corporation duly incorporated under Philippine laws engaged in the transport business with principal office at Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City. It has terminal-branches in Butuan City and Davao City. It is a unionized establishment.Bachelor Express, Inc. Workers Union (BEIWU, for brevity) is one of the legitimate labor organizations in BEI.
